This is what I do with my spare time. I make maps, and learn things from them. This is what I can make out of a Digital Elevation Model and some snowfall, slope and aspect statistics.
Anyway, the area around Fernie doesn't actually look like this, obviously. I finished the work I was doing with it, and decided to play with the colors and transparency levels.
Done in ArcMap, quite possibly the greatest program ever.
